Wesley Primary School

Wesley Primary School in Mt Roskill Auckland is just wrapping up the construction of its new classroom block and deck area. The new block has a modern, contemporary design that any kid (or adult) would love. With two main flights of stairs AND an internal lift, the block is built with accessibility and safety in mind.

The project led by Naylor Love Construction is broken into two stages with stage one wrapping up at the moment. Our Total Tactilez team has been on the job keeping our kiwi kids safe. Our team is responsible for the installation of black stainless-steel tactile studs in a variety of concrete and timber surfaces aid the visually impaired.

In addition, the Total Tactilez team installed black rebated aluminium bar nosing’s to some concrete steps and aluminium Tredfx nosing’s to concrete and timber steps to reduce stair-related injuries. The project has been progressing brilliantly and we look forward o working alongside Naylor Love Construction again in the future.
